Es una variedad híbrida de alto rendimiento, entre el “Mondo Novo” y el “Caturra”. Sembrada de 1500 a 2000 metros sobre el nivel del mar, produce un cafe de intenso fragancia floral y frutal sabor que además tiene un cuerpo adulzado y cítrico, con un sabor comparable al kiwi. El Catuai es nuestro Palo Grande del día a día con un tostado mediano que perdura en el paladar.
